Supervising all activities of the Supply Chain department, including logistics, procurement warehouses and tenders monitoring all daily and periodical tasks efficiently and regularly, and ensuring executing tasks smoothly and on time by providing full support.
General responsibilities:
1. Understanding the company's systems and policies.
2. Having a good knowledge in organizational behavior standards of the company and adhering to employee handbook policies.
3. Maintaining company confidentiality all the time.
Key responsibilities:
1. Participating in setting Supply Chain department’s plans according to the company’s strategies and objectives, and in coordination with the direct manager and tenders, procurement and warehouses supervisors.
2. Participating in planning procedures for tenders, procurement and warehouses, and monitoring their implementation by tenders, procurement and warehouses supervisors.
3. Supervising all procedures required for completing the company’s tenders according to the company’s systems and policies, through monitoring the tasks of the tenders supervisor directly.
4. Following all procedures required for completing the company’s procurement according to the company’s systems and policies, through monitoring the tasks of the procurement supervisor directly.
5. Monitoring the management of the company’s warehouses and related operations, including delivery and receipt of materials and medical devices, through monitoring the tasks of the head of warehouse supervisor directly.
6. Communicating regularly with clients and supply companies to maintain good relationship with them.
7. Receiving the periodic reports about the work flow of the management of supply chain (tenders, procurement and warehouses) from tenders supervisor, procurement supervisor and the head of warehouse department.
8. Reviewing and approving any reports issued by the tenders, procurement and warehouses supervisors before sending it to the head of supply chain department for approval.
9. Participating in identifying the supply chain employees’ needs, based on work plans and workload, and in coordination with the direct manager.
10. Sending the periodic report about the work flow to the direct manger, and preparing and evaluating periodic reports about the employees’ performance and annual reports, to improve performance and the work flow.
11. Organizing periodic meetings with subordinates to discuss all aspects of the work, reviewing the work flow, and ensuring the safety of the procedures related to supply chain, and make sure they adhere to the company’s procedures and policies.
12. Completing any other tasks assigned by the direct manger.

- Company’s clients, including doctors, hospitals, medical centers, etc.
- Parties that offer tenders with the purpose to discuss the terms, in coordination with the head of the related department.

All the company’s employees working in the same field.

- Executing procurement procedures accurately, without errors and on time.
- Executing tenders procedures accurately, without errors and on time.
- Executing warehouses procedures accurately, without errors and on time.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the reports related to the supply chain delivered to the direct manager.
