The area production manager shall refer his monthly reports to the area manager as direct boss, and shall coordinate with the general production management in the general management in everything related to the implementation of the area production plan and implementation of the estimated budget of the area production, as direct professional manager, and the reports shall be referred in the area on periodic basis.

Direct administrative supervision:
The area production manager shall administratively and professionally supervise the head of department in the production departments of the area, and shall give instructions for implementation of the area production plan, in accordance with the production policy approved by the general management, and within the limits of the estimated budget of the area. He supervises the quality department in the area administratively to coordinate with him in relation to the application of the quality standards approved by the general management.
Professional supervision of:The area production manager shall professionally supervise all employees and staff in the production lines.Summary of responsibility and job duties:The area production manager shall be the first representative of the general production manager in the general management, and he shall be responsible for implementation of the area production plan in accordance with the group's general production policy, within the approved estimated budget of the area, and he shall take his instructions and orders in relation to the production activity of the head of production department in the area, and shall coordinate with the heads of departments (procurement, sales, maintenance, finance, administrative) in the area, to provide all production supplies, including (materials, personnel, maintenance services, logistic services and quality services) till products are delivered to the consumer.
Duties and responsibilities:
1- Coordinates with the direct administrative boss (area manager) to ensure that all production supplies in the area, for successful implementation of the production plan, and coordinates with the production lines manager in the general management in relation to the distribution plan in the area on all production lines of the area, to be able to provide the sales department in the area concerning the needs of products items (quantity, quality, specific date and estimated production cost).
2- Participate in planning to set the area production plan and control the operation and manufacturing methods to be in accordance with the uniform production policy of all areas.
3- Ensure that all approved quality standards are applied, in everything related to the production process, and the phases of the product till it reaches theconsumer. This includes (quantities, quality, costs, operation and production processes, finishing, wrapping and packing, shipping and transport conditions, exhibitions, sale to the consumer).
4- Coordinate with the area manager and general production manager in the head office, in relation to the necessary training programs of the production employees and supervisors of the area, and delegate some of them to the international companies that supply and manufacture the production lines
.5- Participates with the area manager and general production manager in the head office, to suggest the incentives and remunerations of the production line supervisors and production employees to encourage innovation and compliance with the quality standards, product specifications and maintenance of the company's market reputation and product quality.
6- Coordinate with the area maintenance manager to ensure the timely application of maintenance programs and maintains the progress of work in all production lines and avoids the interruption reasons.
7- Refers the periodic reports to the general manager in the head office and area manager in everything related to the manufacturing and operation results, product types, costs, production line efficiency, monthly schedules of production and technical labor, quality standards and any deviations in the estimated budget or production plan in the area.
8- Meets with the heads of departments in the area, area manager, studies and examines the changes or amendments to be proposed to the production plan of the area, to meet the changes of the sales plan or market conditions, production lines and refer his reports to the general production manager in the head office for approval.
9- Review the reports of the market researches and studies in the area to identify the opinions of consumers on the new products and their success, and that these products are not in conflict with the consumers desire or health conditions.
10- Attend the general conferences in the field of food industries whether in the area or the international conferences, and accompany the general production manager of the head office or the head of production line department, and reviews the modern means of technology in the field of sweets industry.
11- Sets the job description of the area production managers and applies the rotation policy between them to enhance their experiences and define the alternative in case the original employee is absent, to maintain the smooth progress of production processes.

This important production position in the area represents the position of production head office in the group,

2- Ability to lead the production team in the area to achieve the desired objectives on the area level.
3- Develop the team work and be good example for all in the production department.
4- Communication skills and persuasion ability, respect of the opinions of others and ability of influence and decision -making.
5- Experience in the distribution of works and setting the production tables, assuring the coordination with all heads of department of the area to provide the needs of production plan.
6- Ability to manage the mistakes of others and continuously encouraging and learning them to achieve better results.
7- Referring reports accurately, explicitly and honestly in time to the administrative manager and professional manager, and always be loyal to the company and to his work, respect colleagues, bosses and subordinates.
8- Good command of English and Arabic, experience of reporting in clear language and freedom of expression, using the modern information technology.
