1. Work with project manager and technical team to design and plan training activities.
2. Lead training workshops and report on participants’ feedback.
3. Work with project technical team to review the program implementation plan and its impact.
4. Design, plan and implement effective teacher support activities.
5. Design data collection sheets.
6. Work with the project technical team and partners to develop selection criteria, protocols, templates and datasheets for the network program.
7. Follow-up on the integrity and update of the project databases.
8. Lead school selection process including school visits, interviews, collecting baseline information and preparing relevant reports.
9. Work closely with QRTA team and partners to develop and enhance the project activities.
10. Contribute to the revision of the materials.
11. Explore and lead strategies to promote effective teacher learning communities in participating schools.
12. Compile and share with other network teams the lessons learnt and effective network strategies and practices.
13. Prepare reports relating to the project and submit them to the direct supervisor.
14. Maintain documents, records, files and reports related to the work and update them continually.
15. Undertake any relevant tasks or responsibilities within the scope of his/her specialization as assigned by the direct supervisor.
